oh does the dealer need to install the fuel management system to download the new rules for the bike? I have a buddy who builds custom cars on the side who who do it but is concerned about setting up the fuel management system. Any thoughts or exp with this would be helpful

You can do it yourself by using a canned map, or order 1 with a map already installed from some place like fuel moto. I have dealt with them in the past and they are stand up people and will be ordering my PC-V from them and a set of Rushs for my dads Sporty.

I really like my Rinehart slipons and they are considerably cheaper than full systems. I used the PC III and added the SE hi-flow air system, but subsituted the real K&N filter instead of the POS cloth filter the HD is using now. I bought everything from Jamie at FuelMoto and he set up the PCIII for me. The bike runs very strong and no side effects.
