Default Fatboy Bar change

Opinions needed . I am currently running 16" Apes on my 04 Fatboy and was thinking about changin it up a bit . Any ideas out there ? I have a 1 1/2" risers on and really do not want to purchase new ones . But would like something to work with those .

Are your risers to accommodate 1-1/2" diameter bars or 1-1/2" in height vs. stock? or overall height?

What diameter are your current bars in the area where the risers clamp-on? The reason I ask is that I have a little file in my computer called "Other Peoples Harleys" where I store photos that I get off the internet for ideas for my bike. I could forward you some, or you could browse through the picture forum on here and get some more ideas that way too.

It all depends what you want. You did not give any ideas so it is hard to say. So many choices...

When you finally decide, let me (or us) know what you'll be doing with the old bars. I'm about to have Wild 1 beach bars (WO550) put on the bike but down the road I may like to try out apes.

Fargbama, have you checked out the Carlini drag bars? They seem perfect on the Fatboy.

I like drags on my Fatty. 9" rise and 6" pull back. They are 1.5" thick as I figured a fatty needs fat bars.
