Default Turn Signals

I bought this Fatboy and it's never had turn signals. It does have the turn signal switches on the handle bars. Can anyone tell me what all I'm going to need to buy to get all setup? I can get oem turn signals but I don't know what wire harness if any do I need?? And how do I wire it all up?

oem will work fine. rear ones got inside the taillight housing. i'd look around the tripletree/headlight tin for the ft. wires. 2000 manual shows ft as follows. left, violet/pos black/neg. right, brown/pos black/neg. i probably have all my old oem, since i have aux. lamps/turn on the ft. and heritage style on the rear. i'd have to do a little looking. hope this helps, steve

i think there are some used ones at our local indi for about $6 each and a few bucks for the stand offs. Check your local indi or call Hog Alley Address: 1525 I-35 S, Georgetown. (512) 930-5475 I know they have old school ones like what i made for my tail lamp.
