Default motor stuck ? I think ?

I have 2003 Deuce, its been sitting all winter long. Hooked up to a battery tender, its getting juice but wont turn over. Get a clicking sound when pressing ignition....is it seized up ? What can I do to get it going ?
Thanks

try a battery anyways clicking normally means that there is not enough volts getting to the starter to turn the engine try a new batt first.

It could be as easy as a loose battery cable. Check the tightness as it seems the Battery Tender hookup can loosen the cable (from personal experience!).

I agree, I doubt the motor is seized up. Either a bad connection or battery. Good luck!!

+ 1 it's definitely not the motor, you might have a dead cell in your battery

The first thing you should do is disconnect your battery cables. Disconnect the negative cable first, then the positive one. Clean your cables and your battery posts, with a wire brush or some sand paper. Reconnect your cables and tighten them down properly. Connect the positive cable first, then the negative cable. When you put the cables back on make sure they are positioned so there is no chance of them coming in contact with the frame.
If the bike still doesn't start reconnect your charger for a few hours , then try again.
Good luck,
Tom

If you just connected your Battery Tender you have to give it time to get the battery up to charge. If it has been on the Tender all winter then you have one of the other problems that have been mentioned. Also your Tender Indicator Lamps should tell you if it is still charging, if the Green Lamp is on and it still won't start you have a Battery/Cable connect problem.

You may have to use the kicker until you get that battery straightened out
