i finally got through on the customer service line. the first time i got a woman who must not like her company because she said well i cant help you sir. please hold. so i hung up and called back. i was on hold for another 15 plus min. got a different person she said she would e-mail me a ups retrun slip and I NEVER GOT IT! i am so fed up with this crap. i hope they do e-mail me a return slip and refund like she said she would. i am going to buy some v&h pipes now.

That is very odd of them to treat you like that. I have called them a bunch of times not only for questions/purchasing but for also car crap too and each time they were pretty helpful...
