i have a 2003 Fatboy, i have found that my turn signal/security module needs replaced. since i do not use the security system is it possible to replace the turn/security module with a turn signal ONLY? any help would be appreciated. thanks

 

Unfortunately just because you don't use it, it doesn't mean you can eliminate it.
The Security system is wired into all of the major engine circuits like ignition, fuel, and starter as well as the lights. So pulling out the module will probably just kill the bike on you.

That is not true. You can replace the TSSM with a TSM and marry the new TSM to the ECM and it should work fine.

wrong I just put a tsm in my 02 fatboy I lost my fob and had a paperweight till I did some asking around all I had to do was bring it to a dealer and have them market it to my bike
