Hi all. I have a 2006 night train lowered 1 inch at the rear. I don't want to lower the frame any further, however, I'd like to get the rear fender closer to the tire. Is it possible to offset where the fender supports mount to the bike? I don't want to drill new holes in the side of the fender.
