My neighbor owns a 1993 Heritage Softail Nostalgic #2566 of 2700. The bike was called the "Cow Glide" due to the cow hide seats/trim. The bike is bone stock with 2000 miles on it. She is asking $9500 for it...what do you think? Below is a link to the same type of bike with +13K miles on it going for almost $14k...
If I had my choice of any 90's bikes to buy, it'd be the "Moo Glide" or a Springer Bad Boy. A friend of mine has a '93 Heritage Nostalgia (Moo Glide). He paid $12.5K for it 7 years ago. It didn't even come with the cow fur seat or bags. I don't think that $9.5k would be a bad price....but this IS a bad economy.
The moo-glide is one of the most memorable & desirable bikes from HD's recent history. I would definitely be tempted to pick it up for that price, especially if it's stock. However, IMHumbleO, if you have plans on doing 3 grand in "customizing" I would look elsewhere. The value in this one lies heavily with it's unmolestedness.
(everybody gets to make up at least one word a day)
Thats one of those bikes thats worth more the way it is and don't mess with it. The price is reasonable for todays market maybe more depending on the area but not 14k, whoever has that is just wishful thinking. Probably was about that much new.

Not on collectibles, Badboys and other limited edition bikes bring a premium. The more it looks like it did from the factory, the better. 2K and bone stock jump on it, if you don't want it let me know where it is and I'll buy it.
You can always offer less, what can they say but no. Local dealer has one (private collection), last I knew he wanted $25K for it.
