After enough staring and wondering, I finally decided to go for it. My stock coil is now behind the stock horn cover, the horn is under the tank, and the seat post is in the trash!! All is cost me was the $40 for the new custom lines from uskoolines.com
What do ya think? I LOVE IT!! It's one of those mods that will only be noticed by true enthusiasts when giving it a good look over.
That is bad a$$...first time I've seen it done on a Heritage, and I like it a lot!
Strong work...I might have to jump on the band wagon...it really cleans everything up nice.
Was it hard to squeeze the horn in there under the tank? It seems kinda tight under there already.
The only other thing I could think of was more heat...that is, exposing the coil to more heat...moving the coil closer to the engine...do you think that would be an issue? I'm thinking no, but just throwing it out there for discussion.

Thank for all the compliments guys, I really love the look.
I'll try to make time to take it apar and do a quick How To on Sunday. I'll take pics of everything but the horn, I am NOT taking that damn cross over line off again!! I had about full gallon of fuel on the ground.....stupid mistake.
Im doing the same thing for the most part, except my coil is going down on the trans where the bar mounts and I have to get longer wires. I cant put it on my horn location because thats were i put my ignition switch / motor mount. Looks good though.
