You are the kind of Yuppy Skum that give the rest of us a bad reputation.
Hmm... sounds like someone is trying to get themselves banned.

What are you planning for the seat?
I've been trying to figure something out, but I haven't found an aftermarket one I like. I do like the stock, just it starts to make me numb after about 2 hours or so.

After reading this forum about 4 months ago I saw someone say they
had thiers altered for a decent price. I asked the dealer and they recommended a
guy close to my house.

I need to get back in the seat a bit farther.
Will probably have the back shaved a bit so I can sit in the seat instead of
on the rise. May also have the front tapered in a bit more cause it rubs a bit
but that might be due to setting on the rise. He also recommended some comfy foam and gel.

Since he's the expert I was going to see what else he suggests.
Last person I talked to said he charged about $150 to move her foward and redo the foam.
Much cheaper then buying a new seat and hoping I'm happy with it.

I'll keep you posted, should have it back in 1 to 3 days he said (busy guy)

Seen a few people with the tallboy seat. any comments on how those are working out?

Checked out the seat progress yesterday.
He honed me out a nice little butt spot and set me back so my
elbows are no longer almost 90 degrees and I get a little leg room.
Also shaved the sides a bit.

Waiting on a gel pad delivery to finish her up.

Should be ready tomorrow. I'll post pics when I get them.

I checked with a recommended guy here. He wants $110 to do the work, no gel though.

I'm just a little nervous about cutting the seat and not liking it. I don't have the budget now to buy another seat.

I hope your's goes well. I'm definately curious to know.

Here's the pictures of the seat.
You should be able to see that the back goes up at a straighter pitch
and its not so rounded at the crest.

Moves me back so I'm a bit straighter in the elbows and have a little more leg room
couldn't go back much farther.

Had him cut it back and add gel pads.
He had pictures of the Gel insertion but I didn't have a way to get them off his camara
at the time.

Cost about $180. So he wasn't cheap. Gonna find out how nice it is this weekend.
Going up to mom-in-laws which is about 2 hours away (freeway...but I think I'll do some side
streets too.
