That is common when chroming these rims. Take a look at these rims on fleabay. doesnt look to be a bad deal. Talked with a local dealer today about exchanging my rims for some already chromed. Looking around $900 for the deal. They sure looked nice and would be better with a chromed pulley and swingarm.

I just got my Rocker C wheels back from chroming. I used Chrome Pros Plating in Texas. I have little specks in the chrome as well when looked at closely but we put the wheels on the bike last night and you can't see them. On the bike they look perfect. I was charged $750 for the 2 wheels plus $ 200 for the pulley. I bought take offs and sent them in so there was no core charge or exchange. I also had my calipers done for around $ 300 but I'd have to check my invoice. The work was good and price was right but the customer service wasn't the best and they took a long time. I'll post pics when I can. Right now I'm goin ridin !!

American Revolution aka USA Chrome did my Deuce rear wheel and I was very pleased , 3 years since then and still look as new ! One hell of a deal , paid $400 with new stock HD Dunlop ( balanced ) and new bearings !

Now , CTH is another story . Promises broken and lots of BS , 3 months down the road and still no rim and to top it off took forever to refund my money .
