That tank won't work. I tried about 2 months ago to find all us Rocker guys a smooth to tank and that was one of the tanks I looked at. That tank has a 25" tunnel while the back bone for a Rocker is only 23".
Anything will fit with a little creativity and know how.
Rubicon,
Check this speedo out. http://www.speedwayinstruments.com/
It's the direction I want to go. I really like the setup on your ride, I have had the 12" Z-bars waiting in my garage for 4 months. Now I finally have the risers for the install. Did you have to change any cables? That would make my wait a little longer.
Also, after seeing your Rocker, I'm sticking with the original fender (bobbed) and mounting a spring seat. Where did you get your battery cover?

Thanks Ruralmed for the speedo info.
Yes, unfortunately you are going to need longer cables for the 12" bars. You are going to have to extend your wiring on everything by a few inches too. Let me know if you have any questions on the install. It went pretty smooth for me.
I'm using the stock battery cover that comes on the Rocker C. Originally, I looked into getting a Roland Sands or a Heartland seat pan. They look awesome but are way to pricey for me. So, I decided to do some fabrication of my own and give the stock battery cover a try and it works just fine and it was cheep.
I also bought a damaged stock Rocker rear fender off of ebay that I plan on chopping and re-painting it soon.
RubiconMike,
Thanks for the info on the wire and cable extension. I guess I will keep returning those bottles and cans... Did you buy a mock up cable kit or just use string?
Good idea on the using the rocker C cover, unfortunately I sold my entire Rocker C seat already! Did
