Greetings,
I've rode both bikes (and owned a Night Train before I got my Rocker C) and the Night Train is definitely the one for me. For whatever reason, the Fatbob just didn't fit me as good as the Night Train. I'm 5'11", 162lbs. So, if I were choosing, it'd be another Night Train.
