I'm glad snow is over for us or do hope so, it's 60 today and the weekend is going to be in the 60's. Rain tomorrow night thru fri. I think if it snowed here again I would think of moving to the south
living in florida I take the winter forgranted ... its far and few between when I dont ride in the cold (well what I consider cold )
Yep, plenty of time to ride down here but we have to dodge the damn snowbirds all winter. It's finally getting into the 80s so they're all running back north now .
Sorry but "they're baaaaaaaaaak" with y'all during your best part of year for riding (well... sort of sorry anyway)
ETA: Damn - I just read this, pondered the fact that I'm closer to 65 than I am to 60, and spit "soda pop" all over myself.
I permanently fixed my winter blues by moving from soggy Washington state to sunny Arizona as noted by my mileage. Bought my 08 Heritage Jan 20,08 and just turned 25000 on the clock. Best "move" I've ever made!

Both my cousin and my grandfather just bought second houses in Buckeye, AZ to get away from WA in the Winter months. But I'm tied to a job in Portland, so I'm SOL. And very jealous!
I need winter to end...have been riding but also have had to many day where I can mod on the bike...if the winter lasts any longer I will run out of money lol
