well yes the V-Rod is part of the Harley family.

would you kick-out one of your kids if it was hump-backed and ran around the yard faster than all the others? You'd keep it.

Not my first choice of Harley's but if I had the budget.. I'd definitely adopt one.

ABSOLUTELY! The Night Rod Special is the best bike I've ever ridden (and I've ridden a few over the course of 30+ years).

I can see where the lifelong purists would question it, but as it is with progress and technology I wouldn't be surprised to see more of the lineup trending towards it eventually.

I do hope they keep making at least something akin to the Heritage for the next fifty years or so.
