Default Riser Clamp Screws Torque Specs

I'm about to change out my risers and was wondering if anyone knew the torque specs for tightening the riser clamp back down?

12-15ft lbs for 4 handlebar clamp screws. Lower clamp is 30-40ft lbs. Is that what you're looking for? It's from the 2008 softail service manual.

Thanks Jimmers, that is exactly what I was looking for, the 4 screws holding down the top clamp.

What is the lower clamp you refer to? Is it the bolts that secure the risers to the triple tree?

Glad I could help. Yes, they attach through the bottom of the risers. Seems the book doesn't use the term "risers". It calls them a clamp? Go figure.
