I installed the 'gotsaggybags' kit on my Heritage Classic.
They look like new bags. I'm impressed.
They appear darker because I cleaned them with Armor All.
Maybe "Armor All" is not the best thing to use on these bags....any comments on this?
They definitely look a lot better. Not sure I'd use ArmorAll on them, though. I'd get a good leather conditioner and use that a couple times a year. ArmorAll tends to trap in and attract dirt.

thanks...I'll look into other 'bag-care' products
Maybe it's not the best, but right now..they look good with Amor All
Good job!! I don't why HD Puts out such expensive bags that end up lookin' like that, that results in customers having to fix their "saggy bags" that should have had that kit or a comparable one in them in the first place..
It's like "geez who wouda thunk"?
At any rate, a much needed improvement I'd say...
We got my wife a Heritage last summer and about the same time, I fitted my Springer with Heritage bags. We put the kit in each of them right away and we get a lot of questions at bike functions about why the bags look so good.

that's the million dollar question. The bags should be fitted with the liners when sold.
