Thanks all. I think the beadrider looks like what I'm looking for. I'm not interested in changing seats..or the cost associated with a new seat. The problem is on the long rides..not locally. I work 25 miles away and it's never a problem. I ride daily and the rides of 40 to 50 miles aren't usually a problem but as the temperature goes up, i think it will be. Plus I want to take a trip from here to Austin about 500 miles away this summer.

I've had no complaints about my stock seat. I can ride it all day. On the other hand, my lady doesn't like the back seat at all.

Evil Monster, I don't think you can go wrong with the Beadrider for the cost and benefits. I chuckle remembering last summer at the 105th, a rider pulled in beside of me at one of the events and saw my Beadrider. He sorta laughed at it and asked if was worth it? As he stood there with the rear of his jeans wet, I just laughed and said Yes..see, my jeans aren't wet like yours because of the beads. Case closed.

i just put the danny gray seat on my rocker and let me tell you man. no more holding myself on the seat using my feet. I used to slid off the back of the seat cause there was no support in the back of the seat.

put the danny gray seat on my bike and wow, i seat lower and a little far away from the bars, just what i wanted. the seat now has support on the rear so it keeps me on the bike.

no more monkey butt for me !!!!
