Just loosen the allens and torque them back to specs.

12-15ft lbs.

Probably doesn't matter much but there is a certain recommended sequence. What model do you have.

On all softails except the rockers you tighten the back screws first, then the front ones. Glad to help but I highly recommend you get yourself a service manual. Best money I've ever spent on my bike(s). They run from $50-$60.

You want to alternately tighten the bottom bolts first to the point where the surface of the risers clamp meets the risers, then alternately torque the top bolts to the specified torque value.

plus pending on how extreme you adjust your handlebars you might want to adjust and twist your control levers as well so they feel right again like if you push your bars forward your controls will point up rather than at you and your brake and clutch will be pointing towards the ground.

Just something to think about.
