First let me say that I understand that "you get what you pay for." That being said, does any know just how cheaply these bars are made and finished? Every site that I find them on says that they are not show chrome and will not be considered defective due to finish. OK, yes that is a scary statement right there, but just how bad are they? My bike is not a show bike, it is a rider, but I don't want to put junk on it. On the other hand, the price is very attractive. Anyone have ant more information?

Jireh cycles (they sell a ton of Ultima stuff, especially on Ebay) is just down the road from me (about 35 minutes). I might go by there this weekend to look at some apes for my Springer. I'll let you know what I think of them. I bought a set of Ultima Big Growl pipes from them that are exact copies of some Samson pipes; just with inferior chrome, but I planned on wrapping them anyway so it wasn't an issue for me.
