Please Help Me Visualize This: FXDC Bars and Pipes
Hi guys. I'm having a hard time visualizing what might look better on my bike, and thought I'd post a couple of pictures of it for those who are more experienced to give me feedback on. I spoke with Carlini today and will probably be getting their 10" non stepped 1.25 dia. evil apes. And I spoke with V & H today and am looking at pulling the trigger on some Big Radius 2 into 2 exhaust pipes.
Here's a couple of pics. Excuse the poor quality cell phone pics.
My question is this. Does the set up of some mini evil apes and big radius seem like they'll look like a nice combo on a 2010 FXDC? I can only find pictures of the evils on Street Bobs.
And last but not least:
Which combo would you go with?
A. Chrome Evil Apes and Chrome Big Radius Pipes.
B. Black Evil Apes and Black Big Radius Pipes.
C. Chrome Evil Apes and Black Big Radius Pipes
or D. Black Evil Apes and Chrome Pipes.
To be honest with ya...I'm going between choice A and choice D. But I'm not sure if the chrome in choice A will be too much on an already stock chromed out FXDC. And with choice D I'm not sure if a chromed out FXDC would clash with black bars. Thoughts?

I would go chrome and chrome on your scoot man... you have the chromed out motor may as well run with it... with no chrome on the front of the biek the black bars would look out of place IMO... also on the pipes i highly sugest BCT baffles in them! sound unreal!!! i have them in mine... but looks like i am going to go to a 2-1 pipe now... that is beyond the point... i think those bars and pipes would be a good call on your scoot, i like the 10 evil's
but 2 things... your mirrors are going to look huge on those bars and your turn signals you may want to relocate them. exp with the trim rings on them they will be like x mas Ornaments hangin off the bars... i would move them to the forks or lower on the controls... that is my 2c

Cool. Thanks for the extensive feedback Joe. Appreciate the others thoughts as well. As far as the other things go...I had already planned on relocating the front turns and buying some smaller bullet mirrors (or something similar). There's a few little goodies I plan on doing...just wanted to get some feedback on the major purchases first Especially since I'm not able to find a pic of it anywhere. Nice to get a little reassurance sometimes.
