fFRONT WHEEL TRACK
Depends, may be you can take riser bolt loose at the trees and center up the bars.
Or if it is real bad your forks may be tweaked in the trees and need to realigned.
For this you have to break loose you clamp bolts at your front axle push down on the front a few times and re-tighten.
The alignment of your rear tire to the frame can also affect the front as it will dog track if not aligned properly If your rear axle tension bolts are showing an = number of threads this is probably ok.
My guess is most likely the riser to tree by what you describe.
or the bars them self may be tweaked.
Hope this helps good luck.
