No good. All my dealings have gone well with the guy but that I do not like.
He is off my list and will never get any freebie word of mouth advertising from me. Not ever.
That shock was garbage. That actually pisses me off.

I used a small trunk bag from Bikers Friend on my Rocker. It has held up well and also gives me a back rest. I put all the chit you mentioned in it and more. I personally can't deal with saddle bags but a little storage is a plus.

I had the same problem concerning bags for my Fat Boy. Check ebay for older style HD leather saddlebags. Then tend to be smaller and narrow compared to the stuff sold now days. You will likely need to get creative when mounting them but it can be done.
