Been answered many times already. Could be a few things. The search feature on this site is your best bet. A search here should help.

Air/Fuel mixture not correct or leaking exhaust gaskets are common causes. All simple fixes... Good luck...

The exhaust leak has been checked and its not that. There are no leaks at the gaskets. I was told that Python pipes are known for backfire. I find that hard to believe. They are the complete pipes set and were installed by the dealer. Im really lost with this. I will check the search engine in here and see what it might be.
How do you know it's not or how did you check for the leaking gasket? I don't know if it's fact but a few mechanics who claim to work at the Stealership posted online that they never change the exhaust gaskets when installing new pipes. All you need is a tiny tiny leak from improper fitment and POP POP POP on decell. Ask me how I know.....

Did you also change the AC? Do you have the dealer stage 1 download? Very common for pipes with stage 1 - pipes and AC - to pop on decel. Mine did it until I installed a cam. You can richen the fuel mixture with a PC or ... to get rid of it.

As for the Leak I had it checked at the dealer..I also checked with "Cigar Smoke" at the connections and the gaskets. (If thats a test I have no idea) at this point I am trying everything before I switch pipes to Vance and Hines which was my first choice but listened to others about "Pythons" being so Gooood!!!!! Now Im pulling my hair out trying to fins out why. I will probably adjust the mixture and try that. I was hoping someone else had the same and the fix for this situation. Thanks Brothers... ride safe.
It's definently NOT the Pythons. (My Pythons are actually the same as Vance & Hines Big Shots. Just has the Drag Specialties brand name. My Bike Doctor said they are made by the same folks.) I have them on mine and love the sound. My suggestion is getting a Power Commander and make sure the correct map is loaded. I used M813-038 from the PC web site. It has a slightly rich fuel setting.

You either have an exhaust leak or an improperly tuned bike...period.
If changing to V&H cures anything...it will only be because you probably cured the leak.
