Pretty straight forward.
Remove riser caps.
Take off bars.
Take out ground spring
Unbolt
remove riser
Unbolt studs.

Then just do the reverse to install, but with new 'guts'.

+1 on gooden tight, I've got them as well.

I've got an 08 xbones and wouldn't mind a package that has the good n tights with the riser stud adapter so I can use regular risers. I want to go to 4" and be stable

Those are what the dealer recommended for mine as well. I ordered a set last night so they will replace them when they put my warranty risers on. They were $55.

with the riser stud adapters and regular risers the bars you choose will be great n tight without the need for good n tight......since i changed mine out in january they havent moved at all its like there welded on thats how tight it is.......i have an 08 xbones with 3"rsd risers and rsd vintage bars.......my advice would be riser stud adapters and if you werent happy then good n tights.....but you wont need em
