If you take it easy and do what the doc says , you might just get back to ridin a little sooner . I've been back to work for almost a month now . I was expecting to be off for 6 months . Luckily , I was only off for 2 months . I take to theropy really well too . I had a disc taken outta my neck due to a fall on the ice in January . Had ACL replaced and some cartilage and bone removed 4 yrs ago. Followed physical therapy and my Doc's advise for 30 days then started doing intense workouts in pool. I completed a fire academy 6 months later. Now I'm running 3-5 miles every 3 days and it feels great. I recommend pool workouts and a good knee brace.
