HarleyGoodies is right on the part number. You can find them on ebay, the classifieds on the forum, and many HD dealerships. I ordered mine from M&M Cycles for $120 I believe. The pad I have on mine is a separate piece. The pad is discontinued and is kinda pricey on ebay. The seat rail is a great addition to the nostalgic look and the pad provides a little support too! I can send you a close up of the rail on my bike if you like.
