I bought my 03 Deuce from a guy who was suffering from MS. He had only put 2500 miles on when he had to sell her. She came with an awesome paint scheme that I haven't seen on any other FXSTDs. It uses the Anniversary colors and somehow, still has the original tape and emblems. Because he had MS, he had throw on a huge corbin seat and beach bars. The first thing I did was to buy chubby 1 1/2in drag bars, grips, levers, chrome control covers, braided cables/lines, and a bullet headlamp. After extended forward controls (I'm 6'3"), an Anniversary seat, and V&H short shots. Now I have 8000 miles and ride whenever I can. Take a look!
it has a 95" screamin eagle air cleaner on it. it's not a screamin eagle model is it??
i don't know if it's true or not but i was told the if the bike is an 03 and has a speical paint job on it they only made them in a carb model not efi. can see yours is a card not efi. my cousin has a numbered 100th aniv paint set on his 03 fatboy and it could only get a carb. is yours numbered??

Nope, its just an FXSTD (at least that is what is on the title).

I haven't heard of this, but it makes sense, as this is a carb model. I would have figured that only a very talented artist could do all of the work while keeping the intregrity of the tape and the emblems. Now that you've mentioned it, I'll have to do some research. Thanks for the tip!
