PCV And Hard Starting 09 Heritage

PCV And Hard Starting 09 Heritage
After installing a PCV on my Heritage it starts hard when cold, it takes 2-3 crank cycles to get the bike to start. When it is warm it starts fine, and from then on it runs great.
Called Keith from FuelMoto and he said they have a couple bikes with this problem and the few suggestions he had we tried with out success.
Told me to check in in a month or so and see if they have had any luck. So my question is if any one has any ideas on what to try next?
