front plunger...id bet on it.. squeeze the front brake and peek your head under the lever and manually push the switch in...if the brake light goes out than you need to tinker with your switch housing a little bit man i had the same problem...gl

Yes it is... this is probably your problem. I was switching out some of my buttons and my grips, and just broke mine- going to take it into the dealer in a few minutes in fact. $60 part, fwiw (Rocker).
