After nearly 3 months of running the stock exhaust, I finally swapped it out for some black V&H Shortshots.

Black V&H shortshots on a black denim Night Train? I know. We've seen it over and over again but I love the look and they sound awesome.

Best part - I did the install myself.

Now its time to ride! Later!

 

Shortshots! Can't beat the sound, look and price tag.
Now it feels like riding a real Harley, right?

There's nothing wrong with those pipes...I ran them on my Night Train and loved them so much I put the chrome ones on the Rocker C. Now lets see some pics! I'm sure it feels good doing it yourself and not paying a stealer.

 

nice bike but my question is can you get V and H shortshots with different baffles? kinda like rush mufflers,1.5 thru 2.25? anybody known? i suppose i could just LEAVE this site and go to the Vance website for myself but i ,,,just ,,,,,cant ,,,hit ,,,,,,,,,,the x,,,,button ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,to lea,,,,ahhhhhhhhhh

Yes. V&H makes a quiet baffle and there's a couple companies that make baffles you can replace. Thunder-something?

The standard baffles in the shortshots are loud and sound good though, IMO.
