Default Swing Arm Bag question

I am sure I want a swing arm bag. I like the Leatherworks bags. My question is which bag to get the 3" or the 5". I ride a lot of twisties. Will either size bag drag? Oh yea I rarely scrape my pegs. It will be the left side mounted bag. Any info on this subject is appreciated.

I doubt that the 5" bag will drag, and I would recommend that. The 3" bag does not fit much just so you know.

I have a 3" Garage Leathers Solo bag and rode the Tail of the Dragon with it on and it showed no signs of wear and I was scrapping pegs around every turn.

The questions is how much do you plan on carrying in it? Mine is 3" and has never scraped, and I ride twisties all the time and have never had scraping issues with the bag.

not really looking to carry to much stuff, maybe the usual pocket stuff, phone, fob, etc. And then the occasional sweatshirt or t-shirt. I'm thinking the 3" bag is going to look and work the best. Any different opinions?

I have the Leatherworks 312X 5". It won't drag & you will appreciate the extra space.

+1 on the 5" bag, it will not drag or scrape.I ride pretty aggressive and really like to lean my train through corners and I haven't had it touch once. The 5" will hold a surprising amount of stuff given it's size, it's not a huge bag by any means.

You could always opt for the tear drop chrome metal containers.
I like em' better.
Don't look quite as much like little purses.

I just got a 5" Leatherworks and love it! Used it this weekend and brought home 6# of Chicken breasts from SAMS in it. Ha!
