I'm thinking about putting Rush Slip-ons on my Heritage but I'm a bit confused on the baffle size's. I'm would like a deep mello tone and not real loud.
I have the 2" baffles which have a nice deep rumble. However they can be a little loud when cruising on the highway when my windshield is installed.
I would recommend the 1.75.....they are slightly quieter and everyone says they still have that deep tone.
Thanks for the reponses it looks like the 1.75 are what I want.
I've been looking at one of the site sponsors Warehouse direct, so far they seem to be the cheapest does anyone know of another vendor that has low prices?
Forgot to mention.....there are also sound clips of the different baffle sizes on Fuelmoto's website. That might help give you a general idea of the loudness.
I also would recommend the 1.75".
I'm running the 2.00" now and I did not really notice a difference in volume compared to the BSS with quite baffle i had previously installed. As you might know, the BSS with quite baffle is not really quiet...
I started with the 1.75s then moved down to the 1.5s...call me a wimp, but they still had the deep rumble of the larger baffle, and were louder than stock. JM2Cts.
