Rebadgered Night Train? 61-62 Panhead emblems? Yup!
So after converting my bike over to a Jockey shifted beast, installing a set of narrow 12" mini Apes my grand plan was to toss the stock emblems which although cool were not what I was trying to do.....
I bought a set of 61-62 Panhead emblems and the mounting kit, boiled them for hours and hours in a mixture of Tea leaves and Coffee grounds to turn the white on the emblem into something closer to an ivory color and then drilled, tapped and helicoiled a medium sized 1 3/4" ivory colored cue ball to use as my shift **** and mounted it on a 3" extended shaft.
This looks so much better in person than in photos...Even my wife commented that she really digs the creepy old school badging. Sadly for my wallet this set of old Pan emblems is gonna require that I buy a set of those "Faux" Panhead rocker covers for twincams and have enm done up in black wrinkle...
Night Pan? Pan Train? Naw just creepy and different...Like me!!!

Krome Werks, narrow mini apes. See chart:
My only concern with the licks bars is the 11" of pullback....I think that may be excessive on our bigger bikes due to the foward rotation needed to get that...Look?
I'm actually waiting on a different cue ball...That one is a temp til my real one arrives.
I think it looks great. Really great flowing bike. I dig it big time. I love the old look that can be accomplished very well with the night train. Everyone on here and out there, have the owners unique possibility
