But to answer your question though, I'd imagine the speakers are or should be somewhat h2o proof as long as you can avoid submersion?

I have not rode my bike in the rain as it doesnt rain often here in So Cal but Uniq Cyles advertises them as being waterproof. I'd imagine youd be okay. They also sell a full waterproof cover that you can slip over them if you wanted to.

I actually just purchased 3 flat plastic screw on caps from Pepboys and painted them to match my fender w/ plastic spray paint. they twist on and off really easy and really cleaned up the back fender.
