I am a little more partial for the 2 into 1 with knuckle or pan muffler. too me looks a little more retro. or maybe up and under long drag pipes.true duels and tails still look good though. almost went that setup myself......

I love my Samsons, but if I ever go a different route it will be the Roadhouse 2 into 1 with a fishtail. Sounds great, and still has that classic look like yours.
The roadhouse setup, looks and sounds real good, what put me off that one was it looked like it was a jigsaw to fit-so many bits-the kirker being 13/4'' is great that it fits most of the older repro mufflers. the one in my sig sounds nice but still not the look i was after.I finally found the perfect muffler,It will be a lot quieter, but managed to get one in black. so its on the way............

Netvampire what are you running? You do have a nice looking setup
Hey Kdavid, Sweet looking ride, but are those V&H Longshots HS pipes and if so, how do you like them? I've got em and I hate the sound. More of a bap bap bap instead of a bmp bmp bmp. I bought the quite baffles for them and it changed the sound a little, but still not that much better. I wonder if how your engine is set up affects the sound. Do yours have deep rumble, or are they more blatty sounding. The Big City Thunder baffles get great reviews here, but I don't want to pump another $120 bucks if the sound isn't good. I was at the Oyster Run today and heard alot, and I mean alot of bikes. The Big Shot Staggered sounds good and they are not that much diffferent than the longshots. I wonder what gives? I'm not looking for loud, just a lower tone.
