It's a non issue, they all bolt right on. The bracket for the floorboards actually go out further than the pipes, and the bracket for the toolbox is a flat bracket that bolts through the same hole as the floorboard.
I'll try to find a pic of how far the floorboard comes out.
Also you will need the Heritage floorboard mount not the Deluxe ones. The Deluxe ones only work with stock deluxe pipes
