I'm getting ready for a '12 FLSTN and love the looks of the duals, and yours caught my eye because they don't extend beyond the fender.
They are Vance and Hines True Duals with the fishtail tips. So far I have no issues with them and don't plan on swapping them out. They were the first thing I did to the bike back in 08.
Thanks for the info. After looking at the options, V&H appears to edge out the Sampsons. I've read the V&H pipes can be annoying but I'll order the baffles and hopefully still sound good.

I-40 Born and Bread... she handles it just fine with enough throttle. The I-40 - I-77 clover is a little tricky
