Part # help
I plan to swap out the tank and fenders on the next rainy weekend (which seems to be almost every weekend this year).
I need to order the screws with nylon seal that hold the fuel pump assy. and the gasket for the fuel pump plate.
I anyone has a 2007 FXST parts book (which I am also going to order) and can look up the 2 part numbers I would be very gratefull.
Any tips for this swap would be great to, It doesn't look to bad in the service manual but the pump swap looks like a pain in the ***.
Thanks

The gasket is PN = 61381-02 and the screws are PN = 1311D (10 of them).
The only thing I know of that you might want to check while your in there is the clearance between the pump hose and the side of the tank.
There seems to be a problem with some bikes having the hose get rubbed through from vibration.
Now whoda thunk that a Harley could have a vibration related problem.
If it looks like its a little too close or actually touching you might consider covering that section with a piece of rubber gas line.

Thanks so much for the numbers, got them and the parts book on order.
I have read many threads on here about swapping out the pump and some say its easy and some say its a pain. I guess I will know soon enough.

Let me know how you make out with it and take pics.
I'm going to have to do the same thing sooner or later (for paint, I hope) and it might be nice to find out about any tricks needed in advance.
