I have an 03 Heritage classic with 95 upgrade and the Thundermax on it. It usually runs fantastic. Over the last couple of days, when I am riding at any constant speed, the electronics go out and the motor stops for an instant and gets going again. When this happens the spedo and the tach go to zero and when the motor comes back they go back to the speed and rpm.
It only happens for a second, but it kind of freaks me out. I was wondering if it is the main "on" switch, Every once in a while, I will turn on the main switch and no lights or engine lights will come on. I can wiggle the switch and everything is fine.

I would first verify the problem, when it happens again, try to wiggle the switch back and forth, see if you get power. The switch shouldn't be hard to change.
I tightened all of the connections and took apart the switch off the tank and cleaned everything and after riding for four days the problem has not returned...
