Default lowering bolts

i just ordered a set of lowering bolts off of ebay. i've just got a few questions about them. so do you have to use a press to remove the stock bolts or how do you remove them?? is there a clip or what is holding the bolts in the shock?? is there any tricks to this? i've got a friend that has a press and we are going to do the switch out ourselves if it easy enough. thanks for the help guys

The results are well worth the labor involved. Lowering the sucker makes the biggest change in how bad it looks. Post some pics when you get it done
