Just my opinion but you might want to go to the HD website and use the costomizer to see what it would look like on your bike. I just bought an 09 Night Train and I considered that wheel but it looked like a big round blob on the front of the bike. (Just my opinion) You might want to consider the contrast cut wheel to allow for some contrast with all that black. I am using the Slotted Six Spoke with the flat black trim looks really good in a 21". The 5 spoke in aluminum and black looks good also for about the same price.
Now that I've stated my opinion , yes the appropriate wheel kit is all you need, runs about 69 bucks or so from HD. Might want to consider some blacked out rotors, just trying to help spend some of your money. Good luck with your choice.
