I ended up installing a Wide Open Custom Plastics fairing with a Sony Marine Stereo and Sony waterproof speakers and have been extremely pleased.

Yeah I actually get tons of compliments. It's a quick on and off but I've found I rarely take it off I like it so much but it is good to have the choice..
Check with Ron. I've spoken to him a couple of time, and he's been really helpful. I haven't bought one yet, but this is the unit I'm leaning toward. It bolts right onto your windshield, and has a 4-flat quick release (similar to a trailer), so that you can quickly cut the power if you want to remove your windshield.
