They both have 5.1" ground clearance, if that helps.

I actually was wondering if they are the same shocks used on a deluxe. I know the deluxe shocks are shorter than other softail shocks. I found a pair of take offs from an 09 rocker cheap I thought it would be a good option to try to lower my bike some, then if I don't like them take them off and put my stock ones back on. But I'm not sure if they are the same ones as on a deluxe.

Actually the Deluxe shocks or the HD Low Profile Shocks are about 1" longer . On a Softail longer shocks mean lower bike.

I think the Rocker Shocks are standard lenght .

If you want to lower it cheap just use the bolts

This might suggest that the Rocker shocks aren't compatible:
Profile® Low Rear Suspension - Black

"Fits '00-later Softail® models (except FXSTD and FXCW/C). Does not lower '05-later FLSTN, FLSTSB, FLSTFB, FLSTSE, '07 FXSTD, and FXSTSSE/2/3 models."
Although many things that say "(except FXCW/C)" really do fit fine, such as footpegs.
