I actually was wondering if they are the same shocks used on a deluxe. I know the deluxe shocks are shorter than other softail shocks. I found a pair of take offs from an 09 rocker cheap I thought it would be a good option to try to lower my bike some, then if I don't like them take them off and put my stock ones back on. Actually the Deluxe shocks or the HD Low Profile Shocks are about 1" longer . On a Softail longer shocks mean lower bike.
