I think it's an 06 softy custom but not 100% sure.Can anybody help me out? 1HD1JL5147Y031394

checked the number on carfax and they don't have a record of that vin

It looks like it is a 2007 Softail Custom (Cheesecake is right).

Given this V.I.N. (1HD1JL5147Y031394) this is what it means (according to my 2008 HD Softail manual pp 2-4 to 2-5):
