nope, but burning the hell out of the drivers thigh is a real possibility till you get used to them.

V&H's have more of a hot rod look, sound, and feel.

Samson's have more of an old school look, sound, and feel.

Just MHO of course...

I went with Samson's...had um for over 4 years, no issues.

Had my Samson True Duals on for about a year and a half with no problems. After getting a chance to have someone ride my bike so I could hear them I wouldn't want any other pipes. And I get nothing but compliments on the classic look they give the bike.

If you want to run fishtails... Samson's are the way to go.

Hey...c'mon I was trying to go that route. Couldn't find any cheap enough. Ended up getting a good deal on these I thought. Hopefully I can change them out later for some none baffled. Wonder if I can get the baffles out of these?

You know, my OL has ridin w/ me much since I swapped over but, I really can tell a difference. I also have burnt my thigh a couple of times.

Those don't sound bad at all. Maybe I should have listened to some before I bought a used set of V&H true duals. Can't complain either way since I only spent $250 on them though.
