could anyone please identify the year and model of the cycle in this picture.

i believe it might be in the Harley museum if that helps.

Well, it's a Knucklehead, but they didn't use disc brakes in the 40's.

On edit, earlier I just glanced at the pic. The cylinders look a a little recent, so all bets are off.

Looks like a custom bobber built on a softail frame. 74" knuck engine. Rear fender appears to be a trailer fender. Other details hard to tell from the photo.
