I dont own a softail so I am not one to talk. But is there a way to keep the rear shock travel and maybe go to a differant fender to hide that tire and space. The bike looks great, just as everybody has stated... something about that rear end.

Yes, I replaced it with a longer steel braided line (something I wanted to do with the tank off anyway). Also replaced the fuel line from the fuel valve to the carb.
One thing on the tank lift -- the vent line did not reach and I had to extend it. The wire harness did reach with room to spare.
