I bought a tire online for my VROD while I was stationed in Louisiana two years ago. It was a pain in the a$$ finding a dealership to mount it. HD or otherwise. They all said they wouldn't mount a tire that they couldn't guarantee the quality on. I finally found one to mount it, then intalled it myself. I have not heard of any other location being like this but you never know.
