Default rotate deluxe bars

I loosened the clamp and rotated my bars downward a few inches and have been riding it this way for 2 days now. It feels like I have new bars. I will continue to ride this way and then decide whether I will buy beach bars. My reach upward is gone and my arms are in a more natural position. Sat on my buddies deluxe at work yesterday and I could definitely tell the difference.

I did the same thing on my Heritage Classic. I don't have to stretch too far on hard left/right slow turns and my hands don't get sleepy now.

hmmmm...might try that myself. If I lean against the touring pak I find I strecth for the bars...a small rotation might be just the ticket.

I have the ones on my Heritage rotated as far back as they will go, it's great! It gives a very natural riding position and eliminated any reaching whatsover.

When you rotated the bars towards you did you have to rotate the brake and clutch contorls also or just rotate the bars in and that's it? That sounds like a good first try for a change in seating position to me. I have to say I don't feel that burn between the shoulder's like I did when I first started riding in the season though but a little less reach forward may be just the ticket. I also found the sheep skins good for comfort with out spending a lot of money. Let me know about the bars?

N'all, I didn't rotate the levers at all. I left them as is. I rotated them down far enough so that I could still adjust the mirrors properly. It really feels different. But, now that my reach isn't out as far; that springer rail/backrest will come in handy now. My posture is not "leaning forward" any longer. That will be my next purchase in a couple of months.
